5.2 Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL AZURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF AZURE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any outstanding fees or charges shall become immediately due and payable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Azure is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
